Many businesses are finding it difficult to find staff, especially in the restaurant business.
A Lakeland, Florida restaurant, called the Reececliff Family Diner, is going viral because of a sign they posted in their window.
Diner owner James Bronckhorst says he posted the sign because he is frustrated that he cannot get enough people to work. The owner has since removed the sign about a lot of negative backlash from residents.
