The Moontower Pizza Bar, in Burleson, Texas, is serving the world’s largest pizza. The pie is known as “The Bus” because it is eight feet long and 32 inches wide.
Surprisingly it only takes 30 minutes to cook “The Bus” because of a very large rotating oven that cooks the pizza eventually from side to side.
Local delivery companies can’t deliver it based on it’s size. And in true “world’s largest” fashion, the giant pie has to be transported in its own special vehicle. No run-of-the-mill pizza delivery cars here!
The pizza costs $300 in addition to $25 for every extra topping. It’s made with 22.5 pounds of dough, five pounds of sauce and 10 pounds of cheese.
