Clarence Rockland’s selection committee will meet behind closed doors Tuesday night to interview the candidates for the position of Councillor Ward 2.
The Ward 2 seat had been held by Mario Zanth.
It became vacant after he was appointed to replace Mayor Guy Desjardin who passed away on July 3.
The Selection Committee’s recommendation will be considered by the Council at a future meeting.
