Last Fall Brauwerk Hoffman Rockland, in partnership with The RiverRock Inn & Conference Centre hosted the first ever Oktoberfest in Clarence-Rockland, celebrating everything German, including the German inspired beer available at the brewery and restaurant on Industrielle Road in Rockland.
The event, which was proudly sponsored/supported by Hot Country 92.5 Clarence-Rockland, and brother station Hot Country 107.7 Hawkesbury/Prescott-Russell, also featured a wide array of live music, many acts German focused.
Oktoberfest, similar to other events organized/hosted by Brauwerk Hoffman Rockland, also served as a fundraiser. The restaurant’s ownership, including Head BrewMaster Eric Mainville always strive to give back to the community.
In the spring, the restaurant and Hot Country 92.5 partnered up to launch a beer in which a portion of sales were donated to the Rockland Help Centre.
This week a cheque totaling $3,000.00 along with multiple essential items from The RiverRock Inn & Conference Centre was presented to Maison Interlude House.
Tickets for Oktoberfest 2024 are now on sale, returning to The RiverRock Inn & Conference Centre in September.
