Two Embrun men, Zachary Larrivéee, 20, and Gavin Lafrance, 19, are facing several charges after a violent assault on Oct. 24 in Picton.
The victim, a 35-year-old man, suffered serious stab wounds, without his life being in danger. The suspects were arrested shortly after the incident. Larrivéee is charged with attempted murder, in addition to unauthorized possession of weapons and obstruction of justice.
Both remain in custody and the investigation continues with the Ontario Provincial Police.
