The renovations of the Embrun Station have officially begun. The Township of Russell awarded the contract for the exterior renovation and consolidation of the structure to the Bricon Company, following a call for tenders. The work, which began in early November, is expected to be completed in March 2026, before the start of the Embrun museum project. Produced in partnership with the Embrun Historical Society, this future seasonal museum will showcase local Francophone history and heritage.
