OPP Arrest Ottawa Man On Possible Sexual Offences

The Russell Detachment Ontario Provincial Police arrested a 42-year-old man, Damien Turcotte of Ottawa, on Nov. 6 after filing a complaint of possible sexual offences. He faces charges of sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to touching, sexual exploitation and breach of a prohibition order. He remains in custody pending a release hearing.
