She highlighted Budget 2025 measures to reduce costs, including the abolition of the carbon tax for consumers and the Canada Homes plan. She is working with Hawkesbury and food banks to respond to rising food insecurity, as visits increase. The government also wants to make the National School Feeding Program permanent. Finally, Mingarelli calls on the major grocery chains to be more transparent and to promote fair prices.
