Three people were transported to hospital following a head-on collision involving four vehicles yesterday morning on the 17, in Rockland, between Carmen-Bergeron Street and Canaan Road. According to the Ontario Provincial Police, the injuries are not life-threatening. One patient was taken care of by Ottawa paramedics and two others by those from Prescott-Russell. Highway 17 was closed for several hours to allow for the investigation.
