The village of Lefaivre could soon be home to a new cell phone tower as part of the regional project to improve cellular coverage in Eastern Ontario. A public information session was held to gather feedback from citizens. The proposed tower, 48 metres high, would be located at 1963 Hôtel-de-Ville Street and would offer faster mobile Internet speeds. The project is a collaboration with Rogers.
