The Township of Russell would like to remind you that a ban on outdoor water use is still in effect in Embrun. The measure applies to all residents connected to the municipal network and prohibits the watering of lawns, the washing of vehicles and the filling of swimming pools. This restriction is related to the rehabilitation work on the water tower, which must remain empty, in order to ensure a sufficient reserve for essential needs and fire protection. The ban has been in place since October 2025 and is expected to continue until June 15. Updates will be provided as the situation changes.
