The City of Clarence-Rockland is reporting continued rise in water levels, causing flooding on some low-lying roads, parks and nearby lands. Access could be disrupted and water could approach some homes. The City asks people to avoid waterways and stay away from the banks. Three sandbag filling sites have been set up on Voisine, Pago Road and Wilson Road, while municipal crews continue to patrol the affected areas.
