Construction of the Atlantis Residential Project on the Water has officially begun in Grenville. Located near the Grenville Canal and the Ottawa River, the development will include 120 rental units in two buildings, with one- to three-bedroom units. Mayor Pierre Thauvette says that the project will meet a housing need. Half of the units are already rented, and completion is scheduled for spring 2027.
