Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe defended the signing of the confidentiality agreement with Alto. When asked about the agreement signed by the city in December, Sutcliff said it’s not uncommon to sign such documents when there are discussions about land acquisition. These claims come as elected officials of the United Counties of Prescott Russell rejected the signing of this agreement at a council meeting last week.
