The weather put a real damper on Canada Day festivities. The city of Clarence-Rockland, canceling their fireworks, they will take place tomorrow (Thursday July 2). The town of Hawkesbury and Alfred Plantagenet’s fireworks in Lefaivre have been rescheduled for Friday evening, around 9:30pm-9:45pm. Vars had to cancel their Canada Day events, including fireworks with no rescheduled date announced.
