Clarence-Rockland Help Centre Announces The Appointment of Pierre-Luc Byham As Executive Director

The Clarence-Rockland Help  Centre (CRHC) is proud to announce the appointment of Pierre-Luc Byham as the first Executive Director in the organization’s history. Founded in 1992, the Help Centre is reaching an important milestone by creating this new leadership position to provide strategic management that reflects the organization’s continued growth and the increasing needs of the community.

With more than 15 years of experience leading charitable organizations, Mr. Byham brings extensive expertise in governance, organizational development, operations management, and fundraising. His leadership and vision will help guide the Clarence-Rockland Help Centre through a period of significant growth as community needs continue to increase.

“We are delighted to welcome Pierre-Luc to our team. His experience and commitment to the community sector will be tremendous assets as we continue to grow the Centre and ensure the long-term sustainability of our services,” said Daniel Sabourin, President of the Clarence-Rockland Help Centre.

Over the past several years, the Clarence-Rockland Help Centre has experienced remarkable growth. Today:

  • The Food Bank serves the needs of more than 1,000 individuals each month;
  • The Food Bank and Thrift Store rely on the exceptional commitment of more than 110 volunteers, whose dedication makes the organization’s mission possible every day;
  • The CARE (Centre d’Aide de Rockland Expansion) project will soon reach a major milestone. This significant initiative will renovate and expand the Centre’s building, providing facilities that are better equipped to support the continued growth of services and meet the evolving needs of the community.

For Mr. Byham, this appointment represents an opportunity to continue strengthening an organization that plays a vital role in the community.
