The Alto project is part of the municipal election campaign in Prescott and Russell. Two groups opposed to the project are asking candidates to clarify their position and sign a commitment that includes six principles. These include the protection of property owners from the impacts of the project, the defence of agricultural land, transparency and the participation of municipalities in decisions concerning Alto.
