Food Network, and world famous chefs make all their dishes seem easy to re-create. For many at home cooks, pretend/wanna be chefs, mastering what you see, and especially love eating, can be challenging.

In a lot of cases it’s best to leave it to the pros. From a Tilda survey, here are the most difficult cuisines to master:

1.        Indian (curry)

2.        Chinese (egg fried rice)

3.        Italian (risotto)

4.        Spanish (paella)

5.        English (toad in the hole i.e. Sausages, Yorkshire pudding batter, onion gravy)

6.        Thai (green curry)

7.        Greek ( moussaka)

8.        French (chicken confit)

9.        Moroccan (Tagine)
