Beginning today Clarence Rockland’s Client Service Centre will open to the public without an appointment.
The city says for everyone’s safety, only one resident will be permitted in the Client Service Centre lobby at a time. Other members of the public wanting services will have to line up outside.
The City of Clarence-Rockland reminds residents that they can pay their tax, water and sewer and daycare invoices as well as their business licence and building permits online.
Residents can also get their burn permits online.
It is recommended to communicate with municipal employees by telephone or email as appointments will continue to be required in order to meet with all other municipal staff.
