Ahead of a major winter storm expected to arrive in Prescott Russell this afternoon, some school boards across eastern Ontario and the Ottawa Valley have cancelled school buses ahead of a major winter storm.
Buses cancelled for French language schools in Prescott and Russell.
School buses serving the Upper Canada District School Board, Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario, have all been cancelled.
