OPP Seeking Public’s Assistance At Identifying A Male Suspect

Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating incidents that occurred at a local business in the City of Clarence-Rockland involving a male and vehicle.

Since October 2023, it is believed that the male has attended the same business in Rockland on at least four separate occasions with different licence plates, from both Quebec and Ontario, filled his vehicle with fuel and departed without paying. He may be involved in similar incidents across the area.

The vehicle is described as a white 2015 Nissan Murano. Most recently it had Quebec licence plate 998 LPC.

Assistance is being sought from the public in identifying the individual.

 

The male is

described as:

·        White

·        Between 80kg – 90kg

·        Medium build

·        Short hair

·        Wearing a black and white ball cap, black hoodie, a two-tone blue jacket, blue medical mask, black pants, and black running shoes (possibly Adidas).
