The Township of Russell received $9.6 million from the province to rebuild storm sewers and install a new water main on Notre-Dame Street in Embrun.
According to Mayor Mike Tarnowski, this is a historic investment that demonstrates the municipality’s painstaking planning work.
This support is part of a total provincial investment of $33 million in September in Prescott-Russell to modernize infrastructure and facilitate the construction of housing.
