The Township of Alfred-Plantagenet is developing a long-term plan for the management of its municipal assets, including roads, bridges, sewers and community infrastructure.
A report by PSD recommends investing $6.8 million per year over 15 years to maintain and improve infrastructure, with various financing scenarios under consideration.
Council will have to decide whether to adopt the dedicated tax suggested in the report to ensure the financial viability of the plan.
