In Chute-à-Blondeau, the rehabilitation work on Augustin-Larocque Park is progressing.
The Municipality of East Hawkesbury has already invested more than $62,000 for the demolition of dilapidated structures, including the outdoor skating rink and an old water tank, as well as for the preparation of the site.
The project includes the installation of a multi-sports field and a belvedere. The municipal council is also considering adding a mural, in collaboration with the recreation committee.
