The future Wendover industrial park has already attracted 25 interested companies, even before the official launch of sales scheduled for 2026.
The Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, which purchased the land for $1.2 million in 2023, expects to begin signing letters of intent by the end of October.
The land will be sold for between $225,000 and $250,000 per acre, generating about $4.5 million in revenue.
This project, which is considered a priority, aims to stimulate economic growth in Wendover, the township’s fastest-growing community.
