The Township of Russell is providing support to residents affected by low well water levels. Citizens can obtain water in bulk at the municipal station or through an approved carrier. A filling station is also available at 215 Industrial Street in Embrun. Free showers are also available at the Embrun and Russell arenas, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m..
