Vancouver Business Purchases Properties That House Independent Grocers In Hawkesbury & Rockland

Vancouver-based Lotus Capital Corporation has purchased four shopping centres in Eastern Ontario from Choice Properties REIT, including those housing Your Independent Grocer supermarkets in Hawkesbury and Rockland. The stores, which operate under the Loblaws banner, will not be affected by this transaction and will continue to operate as normal. The agreement also includes the Brookdale Centre in Cornwall and a building housing a No Frills in Kingston.
