The Embrun COOP has acquired 50% of Groupe Matériaux Godin Inc., owner of RONA hardware stores in L’Orignal, Grenville, Lachute, Namur and Oka. The COOP, which already operates a RONA in Embrun, signed the agreement in October. The two brands will remain distinct. Founded in 1979, the Godin Group has 85 employees and 29 delivery trucks. This strategic alliance aims to drive growth, build resilience and provide new opportunities for members and customers of both companies.
