In Clarence-Rockland, the construction of Château 632, a new residential project for independent seniors on Laurier Street, was officially launched last week. The building will have 20 rental units with gym, parking, elevator and appliances included. Developers want to offer an affordable option for seniors, in a context of housing crisis. Mayor Mario Zanth welcomes a project that meets local needs. Construction is expected to be completed by 2027.
