The Cécile Bridge in Hawkesbury, closed since August 12 for major work, will reopen on the afternoon of November 26. The project, carried out by KB Civil for $668,000, is a week behind schedule but on budget. In addition, the missing sidewalks near the new traffic lights installed on McGill Street in 2024 have not been completed due to a lack of available subcontractors. The concrete will be poured once Bon-Pasteur Street is no longer used as a detour related to the closure of the bridge.
