A propane fire broke out on the night of Saturday, December 6 outside L’Orignal Packing, after a snow removal company hit a propane line around 11:31 p.m. The leak caused a large fireball. About 20 firefighters from several fire stations intervened. The gas was quickly cut off and the fire was brought under control without damage to the building. The company confirmed that it was open normally the next day.
