A citizen rally is planned for March 5 at 4:30 p.m. in front of the CAB Café in Chute-à-Blondeau to express peaceful opposition to the ALTO high-speed train project. The organizers denounce the potential impacts on farmland, the environment and rural communities, as well as the issues related to public spending. Citizens are invited to present themselves with signs and tractors in order to make their voices heard.
