The culvert replacement project on Blue Corner Road near Alfred is postponed due to additional engineering studies required. The municipalities of Alfred-Plantagenet and Champlain have agreed to share the costs. Of the $400,000 budgeted for 2026, $30,000 will be retained to fund the study, while the remainder will be reallocated to resurfacing concession roads in Alfred and Plantagenet.
