The Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board warns that an increased risk of flooding is possible in the coming days, as water levels and flows are expected to rise. Rains expected until Friday, combined with rising temperatures, could push flood thresholds above in some areas, especially low-lying and poorly drained areas. Environment Canada is forecasting 40 to 70 mm of rain by the end of the week and does not rule out minor flooding.
