The Township of Russell has completely closed the intersection of Notre-Dame Street and Ste-Marie and St-Pierre Roads due to underground infrastructure work. The closure is expected to last until May 8, but the schedule could change depending on the conditions of the site or the discovery of unforeseen infrastructure. Several teams are working in parallel to carry out this work.
