The Township of Russell is launching a comprehensive review of its 2018 Zoning By-law to align with its new Official Plan and current policies. The proposed changes include definitions, zones, setbacks, additional dwellings and groundwater recharge zones. The public will be able to view the draft and ask questions at an open house on May 19 in Embrun, and then present their comments at a public meeting on June 1.
