A second person has been charged in connection to the death of a man from Clarence-Rockland.
Russell County O-P-P announced this afternoon (Friday), 37-year-old Jessica St. Michael of Ottawa was arrested yesterday with help from police in Gatineau.
She is facing one count of first-degree murder and one count of indignity to a body.
Sixty-three-year-old Robert Prevost was found in the Ottawa River near Dallaire Street in May last year after he had been reported missing.
Police charged 51-year-old Luc Decarie from St-Gabriel-de-Brandon, Quebec last week with first-degree murder, indignity to a body and conspiracy to commit murder.
