The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Mathieu KINGSLEY is described as an Caucasian male, 36 years old, 5’10” (178 cm), 176 lbs (80 kg), with brown hair and green eyes.
KINGSLEY is serving a 2-year and 1-day sentence for;

- Theft Over $5,000
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order

- Fraud Under $5,000
The offender is known to frequent Hawkesbury, L’Orignal, Cornwall, Ottawa, Ontario aswell as Shawinigan, Lachute, Saint-Jérôme and Sainte-Adéle, Quebec.
