Les Gagné is the organizer of the 1st Ever Casselman Ribfest & Poutine, taking place Friday-Sunday at the JR Brisson Complex, presented by BIG-FM, and sister station GO-FM. Derrick Scott, from the BIG Breakfast shifted his focus from breakfast to rib, poutine and beyond to talk with Les this morning.
Gagné explained the reason why deciding to do this event in Casselman, and also showcased the other tasty “treats” that will be available at this free event.
This event, will also be returning to Rockland next month at Bergeron Garden Center. Is there a possibility that this type of event could come to other towns and villages across Prescott-Russell, SDG and Western Quebec, ask Gagné explained, Casselman is a test for future growth.
