An anonymous donor is donating $20,000 to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation for the purchase of portable cardiac monitors for use in the emergency department. These devices will replace outdated equipment and allow patients to be continuously monitored, even while they are moving around the hospital. This donation is in addition to the Foundation’s efforts, which are also continuing its $3.5 million campaign to purchase a CT scanner.
